On 1 January 2016, Printec Slovenia completed the internal system integration project and started using electronic work tasks, with an Android tablet, which are intended for all CS engineers.

How it works?
The CS coordinator picks up the work order based on the customer’s request and assigns the task of maintenance or installation in the system, which is then transferred to the engineer’s tablet on the field. The stock of spare parts used is automatically taken into account and reduced accordingly. Engineers no longer have to fill out forms on paper, and customers confirm the work order certificate directly on the tablet. They also receive an electronic copy of the form to their emails. This new process will save additional time by eliminating the need to complete a paper form, simplify the data entry process, increase customer satisfaction, improve timely reporting, and sharpen SLA compliance.
